Our swim is made in Badung, Bali, with a specialist manufacturer refining ethical swimwear production for over 30 years. Every stage happens in-house, under one roof — nothing left to chance. To us, our maker isn't just a factory. It's a team we're proud to stand behind.

• Paid well above the local minimum wage, with optional overtime at 1.5 and 3 times the hourly rate
• Up to 25 days of paid holiday, plus two months' wages toward their break
• Free medical insurance for every employee, their partner and children. This includes doctor's fees, medication and hospital care
• Our factory provides a hot cooked meal, fresh juice and vitamins every working day to all employees

Bailee Swim was born with the intention of doing far more than selling swimwear. As we grow, a portion of what we build will go toward causes supporting women and girls.

As a foundational start, one of the driving factors behind choosing our manufacturer was their long-standing commitment to Bali Street Mums; an amazing charity providing safe housing, healthcare, and education to local mothers and children.
