Refund policy

We want you to love your Bailee pieces. If something’s not quite right, we’ve got you.

• Returns are accepted for store credit or size exchange within 14 days of delivery.
• Refunds are only offered if your item arrives faulty.
• Items must be unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.
• Sale items + gift cards = final sale.

To start a return, email returns.baileeswim@gmail.com with your order number. Returns sent without approval won’t be accepted.

Once approved and received, you’ll be issued store credit, an exchange, or a refund if the product is faulty.
