Shipping

Everything ships from Sydney. Below is how it works, what it costs, and how long it takes.

1. Order processing

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking as soon as it's dispatched.

Free standard shipping on orders over $150. Express is $13.50 at any order value.

All prices in AUD. Asia Pacific covers Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia and Fiji.

Delivery times are business days from dispatch and don't include time in customs, which is outside anyone's control.

4. Duties and taxes

Import duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and paid by us on your behalf.

The total you see at checkout is the total you pay. There is nothing to pay when your parcel arrives.

5. Shipping costs

Your exact cost and delivery estimate are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

6. Tracking

Tracking is emailed to you at dispatch. Allow 24 hours for the first scan to appear, and a little longer on international orders while the parcel moves between carriers.

7. If something goes wrong

If your tracking hasn't moved in a week, or your parcel arrives damaged, email info@baileeswim.com.au with your order number and we'll sort it out.

Please double check your address at checkout. If an order goes to an incorrect address, email us as soon as you notice and we'll do what we can, though we can't always recover a parcel once it's been delivered.
